One pan meals are my absolute favorite! Nothing is easier than doing all of the cooking in ONE pan or pot, it makes for the easiest clean up and perfect for busy moms needing to get dinner on the table with minimal attention (on the food)! I asked fellow Registered Dietitians for their favorite one pan meals and I have received a ton of great ones! Here are 10 Easy One Pan Meals:
1. Judy Barbe, author of Your 6-week Guide to LiveBest, whipped up this One Pot Baked Greek Chicken Stew, everything is cooked in a dutch oven! It doesn’t get easier than that!
2. Tracee Yablon Brenner, RDN, CHHC, the Culinary Director at TriadtoWellness.com whipped up this beautiful, dairy free, Chicken Tikka Masala using one pot on the stove!
3. Josten Fish, RD owner of Muscle and Manna created this quick and easy Southwest Cauliflower Rice Bowl in one pot in no time!!
4. Kayleigh McMordie at Lively Table shared this gorgeous Mediterranean Baked Alaska White Fish all baked in one pan!!
5. Crystal Karges, MS, RDN, IBCLC of Crystal Karges Nutrition baked up this Easy Dinner Recipe using chicken sausage! Most chicken sausage is precooked which makes it even easier! This dish is a prep, toss, and bake meal and it doesn’t get easier than that!
6. Betsy Ramirez at Betsy’s Kitchen has whipped up this Easy Classic Chili using beef and beans in one pot! This is perfect for those crisp fall nights or whenever the craving for chili hits!
7. Shahzadi Devje RD CDE MSc. Owner of Desi~licious RD Inc.has introduced me to a whole new world of making eggs with this recipe for Egg Bhurji!! Look at all of this flavor!!
8. Brittany Poulson, MDA, RDN, CDE of www.yourchoicenutrition.com, made these Chicken Fajitas even easier by making them all in one pan! Fajitas are a fun and tasty way to get those veggies in!
9. Nicole Stevens, MScFN, RD owner of Lettuce Veg Out has taken the delicious Italian dish, Minestrone and has made it completely vegan friendly!! This soup is one of my favorite comfort foods from my childhood!
10. Tired of making the same ole salmon?? Check out Maggie Farley’s recipe at Meals with Maggie for this delicious Maple Salmon, so simple and only requires one pan!
