Hi, I’m Tara — Registered Dietitian

I’m a Registered Dietitian based in Level Green, PA, serving clients across Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. I also offer in-person visits at my Trafford, PA office.

I specialize in:

  • Weight management

  • Nutrition support for GLP-1 medications

  • Chronic disease prevention

  • Meal planning and practical habit-building

If you’re curious about what working with a dietitian is like, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call so we can talk through your goals and make sure it’s a good fit.

I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, and UPMC commercial insurance, as well as credit cards and Venmo.

How We’ll Work Together

Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment — 60 minutes

We start by getting to the root of your concerns. We talk about your goals, your health history, your relationship with food, and what’s currently getting in your way. From there, we build a plan that feels manageable and realistic.

Follow-Up Sessions — 45 minutes

These sessions keep you moving forward. We’ll check in on progress, troubleshoot challenges, and tailor your plan so it continues to work for your life—not against it.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

You’ll have access to HIPAA-compliant messaging and a secure program where you can receive resources, worksheets, and support anytime.

Optional Add-On Services

  • 1-week customized meal plan with recipes and grocery list

  • In-person or virtual grocery store tour
