Individual initial assessment 60 minutes

This is where we truly get to dive deep into your WHY. Being at risk or diagnosed with anything can be super scary. We will unpack all the fears, create a sustainable and realistic plan of attack, and set goals together.  

Individual follow up sessions 45 minutes 

During each 45 minutes follow up session, we will review progress, hurdles, and discuss any new ideas we can add to help you meet your goal. 

Meal plan

One week customized meal plan includes shopping list, recipes, and instructions on how to make substitutes.
